I am participating in physical activity at CREW Pilates that may be strenuous or cause injury. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no undisclosed medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these sessions. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation at CREW Pilates. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injury or damage which I might incur as a result of participation in these activities or as a result of negligence. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release CREW Pilates, Bianca Ljungberg or participating studios and their respective instructors from any claim I may have against CREW Pilates and its instructors for any injury, damages or death that I may sustain as a result of participating in these activities.

studio policy

Payment for these sessions is due in advance. Sessions not cancelled within the studio cancellation times will be charged. Purchased sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Card purchases expire. Payment can be made in cash, electronic transfer or cheque. Bookings can be made using the studio app, online or by email to crewpilates@gmail.com. Sessions start on time and run for 55-minutes. All mats and equipment are happily provided by the studio. Arrive 5-minutes before the start of your session. Instructors at CREW Pilates are highly qualified and registered practitioners of Pilates. Sessions may be taken by different instructors. You are in good hands. Injured or pre/post-natal clients require a medical certificate before training at CREW Pilates.
