WINTER SCHEDULE (EFFECTIVE 10 OCTOBER 2016-APRIL 2017)

  • Schedule effective from 10 October 2016 to April 2017.
  • All sessions run for 55-minutes and start on time
  • Outdoor sessions: All outdoor sessions will be moved into the studio over winter
  • Rates: Group mat sessions are charged at the standard rate, regardless of how many clients book in for the session. A maximum of four (4) clients for studio group mat sessions, two (2) clients for duo sessions and one (1) client for private sessions.
  • Difficulty: Mat sessions are organised based on their level of difficulty (fundamental, intermediate and advanced). Mat clients are encouraged to book in for sessions based on their ability. New clients to the studio are strongly encouraged to attend a private session before joining the group mat training.
  • Schedule subject to change slightly week-to-week. Regular slots not always guaranteed.
