Outdoors

What better way to make the most of the Côte d’Azur than to experience some of the best sun, sea and scenery France has to offer? Our signature outdoor sessions are ideal for clients who want to experience Antibes Port Vauban, the largest private marina in the Mediterranean. CREW Pilates is proud to have introduced more than 200 clients from over 15 countries around the world to the outdoor culture of this pretty little place. We take a maximum of eight (8) at a time to ensure training is of the highest quality.

MEASURES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19:

We take your health and ours seriously. Please ensure barrier gestures at all times with other clients. There should be a minimum of 2m distance between each mat/client. Come prepared with an alcohol hand sanitiser as there are no places to wash your hands outdoors. Masks are not essential. Clients who feel unwell, or who experience any symptoms including fever or a dry cough, should stay home.

THE SESSIONS

For hygiene reasons, no equipment is provided. Kindly bring along your own mat. Sessions run for 55-minutes and are instructed in English. Come prepared: wear a jersey/long training pants in spring/autumn as the mornings and evenings can be quite chilly. Sunscreen/cap/sweat towel in the peak of summer. Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated. Kindly note, sessions are fundamental-intermediate and require a base level fitness with no injuries.

Sometimes it rains or the windy mistral is in town, and sometimes it is simply too hot to be outdoors. All clients will be notified by email if the session is cancelled for whatever reason.
