Outdoor Training

The signature training for CREW Pilates are our outdoor training sessions which take place in Antibes and Port Vauban from April to October every year.

We take a maximum of eight (8) at a time to ensure training is of the highest quality. All mats/equipment are happily provided by the studio. Meet at the CREW Pilates Studio and walk to the outdoor training venue from there. Sessions run for 55-minutes and are given in English.

Come prepared: wear a jersey/long training pants in spring/autumn as the mornings and evenings can be quite chilly. Sunscreen/cap/sweat towel in the peak of summer. Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.

Outdoor sessions start up again on Tuesday, 18 April 2017 when sunrise is expected around 06:43 and the weather is a little warmer. For bookings or to view the outdoor training schedule, click here. Kindly note, sessions are intermediate and require a base level fitness.

As we do rely on good weather, sessions may be moved around at the last minute.

Outdoor mat sessions and hikes can be organised for special occasions like birthdays, hen weekends or for families visiting Antibes.
